Originally from Ormskirk in Lancashire, Chris graduated from the University of Bath with a BSc (Hons) in Economics in 1983. Having worked in both Bristol and London, he qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand in 1988. He went on to work for Cork Gully, the insolvency arm of Coopers & Lybrand, and The Stock Exchange before joining Perrins in 1989.

Originally from Chelmsford in Essex, Wayne qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988. In addition, he is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and also holds the Financial Planning Certificate. After working in Essex, he moved to the South West in 1994 working for a firm of Chartered Accountants in Exeter, before joining Perrins in 1995.
